The operating company will ensure the maintenance of the equipment and the roads, the greenery, networks, the common swimming pool.
Security
The domaine is a secure community. On site security is provided by:
A guard or a concierge who is present on the domain at all times.
Acces control for the main gate and the gate of each co-ownership. (Opening with a card or an entryphone, video surveillance)
Assistance and Information
A concierge will be available all year round to assist owners with various services, such as taxi reservation, mail forwarding.
